+ C'est un très bel hôtel, le personnel présente bien, très professionnel et à votre écoute si le moindre problème. L'établissement est propre avec de belles œuvres d'arts en rapport avec la Rome antique. Les chambres sont également propres, spacieuses avec une climatisation de bonne qualité. Piscine intérieure et extérieure avec SPA Excellent buffet petit déjeuner et dîner Franchement cet hôtel mériterait une cinquième étoile..
− Nous avons eu un petit problème 'technique' avec le système de carte qui donne accès à notre chambre. Néanmoins, le personnel de l'établissement a répondu à toutes nos inquiétudes, merci à la Manager pour son professionnalisme. Sinon le seul point sur lequel nous avons une remarque à faire, concerne les navettes pour se rendre de l'hôtel à Rome et inversement. Ces navettes sont très pratiques et les horaires sont très bien. Néanmoins, il faisait très chaud en cette période et la climatisation de la plupart des navettes ne fonctionnait pas. C'était très désagréable pour l'ensemble des passagers, on étouffait à l'intérieur..

+ I loved how clean the property was. I felt like I was at a spa. It was very peaceful. I literally just had surgery in Rome and needed a place to rest and this was absolutely perfect. It was still close enough to some fun towns and a cab right away from the city if you wanted to go enjoy Rome! The dining at the hotel was excellent and the staff treated us so well!
