+ Great staff. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar upstairs... everything was done very well and with a smile. Thank you. The room was excellent. A good design, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was brilliant. We slept very well. The bathroom was very good too, with plenty of space and a nice rain shower. The breakfast was delicious. A varied menu and great service. We really appreciated the breakfast being available till quite late in the day. The location couldn't be any better. We'd love to come back.

+ O conforto, limpeza, cheiro bom, cama excelente, chuveiro muito bom. Design, vista maravilhosa. Roupas de cama, travesseiros muito bons. Amenites muito bons.

+ Breakfast superb and some of the waiters were fantastic with a smile. Friendly and service minded people behind the registration desk. Friendly and good people behind the roof bar. Room was good.
− Some of the waiters were less friendly without a smile. One of them firstly registered a guest for the breakfast and then she jumped over to the next guest and showed that guest a table in another room. The first guest was still standing waiting to be seated and served.
