+ We boekten dit hotel als laatste nacht voor onze terugvlucht. We hebben de Trendy Suite gekozen, die zeer ruim was en erg comfortabel. De service om de koffers na checkout achter te laten voelde erg vertrouwd door de ruime hoeveelheid personeel en de extra service om op bij ophalen ook nog eens op te kunnen frissen en zelfs te kunnen douchen was een aangename verrassing. We komen hier zeker weer eens terug als we weer naar Hanoi komen.

+ La colazione miglior che abbia provato in tutto il Vietnam (ci sono stato due settimane). Ricca e gustosa. Caffe Vietnamita incluso. Posizione buona, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e carina.

+ Bespoke Trendy Hotel has definitely made a lasting impression on my partner and I.. The staff was not only friendly but they go above and beyond to make the guest truly feel cared for! We had no issues with the room and it was beautiful… The staff + hotel amenities such as the buffet make this more than worth the money.. A huge shout out to Rein for offering to share locations and information through WhatsApp. a true 10/10

Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room was stylish, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any stress. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered to make guests feel at home. Another highlight was the breakfast. The menu changed every day, which made each morning something to look forward to. It was clear that the hotel put a lot of thought into providing a fresh and enjoyable dining experience. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place to stay.
