+ The location is nice.
− Our room had no shower door. With 2 people in one room that's a no go. We asked for a room with a shower door, which I assume in a hotel where I pay almost 1000GBP should be standard. We got a smaller room. I sent an official complaint and no one even replied to me. I thought the name Park Plaza means something but apparently just flooded bathrooms.
