Children access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00 this must be reserved in advance. The minimum age for a spa treatment or to access the gym is 16 years. Unlimited access to our Wellness facilities which includes the gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa treatments. For nonrefundable bookings, guests are required to present the same card that was used to make the reservation on check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Kindly be advised that our hotels operate on a cashless policy, and all transactions must be settled using a valid physical card.     + Service and breakfast was great

    − The phone in the room wasn’t working properly causing issues with calling room service and reception - the aircon wasn’t working as expected was meant to be 18 degrees according to the panel but we couldn’t hear or feel the air on and were pretty hot and sweaty all night. Not a great night sleep. We asked for a fix but nothing by was done.

    + Location, staff were very helpful and gave us late check out and breakfast for free as it was our first visit. Made us feel very valued as a customer and treated us how I would expect in a 5 star hotel

    − We decided to stay at this hotel as we initially wanted to stay at the St Pancras hotel but this was fully booked and wanted to stay at a 5 star hotel that had a Spa and pool and this looked like a similar level hotel, didn't find out until arrival that the spa was closed on our visit, also a few other minor things about the room and roof top restaurant made us feel this isn't really up to 5 star hotel standards, 5 star in my book should be absolutely perfect in every way.
