+ Honestly everything, hotel was spotless. Every single staff member, receptionist, bar, house keeping, in charge of breakfast were lovely, polite and welcoming. The location was great, 15 mins walk from dam square and 15 mins walk for Amsterdam central. Highly recommend
− The property was great, wouldn’t like to fault it.
