+ La ubicacion
− La relación calidad precio del desayuno, y la ubicación de los sanitarios, en el pasillo de entrada a la habitación, es bastante raro, la altura del lavabo es más alta e incómoda de lo habitual, aunque al final te acostumbras.

+ The room decor was nice and clean
− Some parts of our room were broken eg the Pole for the curtain and we had to request an Iron from reception they aren’t in rooms.

+ The room was quite comfortable with all the usual amenities. We didn't lack anything during our stay. The bar and the pool on the top floor are a great place to spend some time when you are tired and you just want to have a chill afternoon/evening. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff was very polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from the room, as we were quite high up on the 7th floor.
− The bathroom shower door couldn't close properly. Whenever taking a shower, we would get water go out an create a huge puddle all around the toilet. While Las Palmas is warm and this dries overnight, I still don't prefer having to walk in flip flops in the bathroom.
