+ Fabulous hotel! Right in the centre next to the beautiful castle district. Wonderful, friendly staff. Mark as we arrived was so helpful. Bistro staff, cleaners and reception staff were all so very friendly. Very clean in all of the areas. Loved the art work. Bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Would stay again but would request room with a view.

+ Exceptional hotel and staff are amazing .
− We booked a room with a view but moved after the first night as the noise from boy racers until 2am was unreal . Ended up in smaller courtyard room which was too small but at least soundproof so slept well.
