+ The hotel was great but the air conditioner kept breaking in our toom. Our room was 78-80 degrees all the time. They came 4 times to fix but it never worked. They did not offer us another room. The room is beautiful, but so hot it was gross.

− The shower flooded into the toilet space, a lot. No place to put anything. If you hung up your clothes you couldn’t watch tv. Terrible pillows, HVAC didn’t work. Room was very hot.
