    + Gute Lage und Bahnstation mit 2 Minuten Gehweg optimal.

    − Einrichtungsstil und Farbe (rote Wände, roter Teppich). Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles ziemlich plüschig. Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss sollte hochwertiger gestaltet werden (großflächige Kunstblumendekoration, die leider etwas billig wirkt).
