+ La piscina era stupenda, l’albergo é molto bello, niente da dire, posizione Eccellente e tutto molto pulito.
− Lo staff che lavora li non é all’altezza di un 5 stelle; noi abbiamo prenotato un escursione a Malacca e l’organizzazione é stata davvero pessima e il tutto non é stato professionale.

+ La décoration est magnifique. Les chambres sont très confortables et nous transportent dans une Malaisie raffinée et pleine de charme. Le petit déjeuner est phénoménal et d'une diversité qui ravira tout le monde. La piscine est très agréable. La localisation à deux pas des tours Petronas et des rues animés du centre de Kuala Lumpur. A ne pas rater.

+ The RuMa Hotel e' un boutique hotel luxury davvero bellissimo. Nel nostro viaggio tra Malesia e Bali abbiamo soggiornato in alberghi top, ma forse il RuMa è stato quello dove siamo stati meglio. Upgrade con camera vista torri Kuala Lumpur davvero suggestiva, colazione di livello, piscina e bar super. Ultimo giorno partenza presto, bene servizio breakfast da asporto. Da ritornare
