+ Proximity to theatres and restaurants and trams. Great value for money. Warm and cosy.
− A bit tired looking - mainly the bathroom. And brown liquid on the bottom of the toilet door in room 422. The bottom of the doors are weathered.

+ The property was not the best . Old snd corridors smell of mould . The rooms are so small and to be honest I will not choose this hotel ever again . Car parking is inconvenient . Front desk staff are not accommodating at all
− Nothing at all ! Really disappointing as the Photod do no justice to what it. Vitally looks like I waisted my free credits on a weekend away that was not what I expected .
