+ The only good thing about the hotel was the food, not a thing else.
− First of all, when i arrived at the hotel it seemed as though they sold out most of the rooms. The customer service rep was like i have two options of rooms for you. He thought that i needed an upgrade but I told him i only stayed there for the view of the bridge. Lordy, he gave me a room in the corner with the train running directly under us. I could not sleep at all. To top things off, when i wrote to them about it, there response was we can change the room but at an additional cost. I will never stay there again.

+ Great location! Right next to the North Sydney station and a great view of the bridge! Breakfast was very good and plenty. Rooms are decent size, comfortable bed and quite clean.
− The first night was a bit annoying as roadworks were just outside the hotel and the noise travelled.
