+ أعجبني الموقع كان جدا رائع الموظفات جدا جدا لطيفات ومتعاونات وخدومات استقبلونا احلى استقبال وقامو بتجهيز غرفة قبل موعد التشيك ان لراحتنا
− فقط شى واحد الطعام كان أغلبه غير حلال لكن الموظفات أبدو اسفهم وأنهم سوف يقومون بتغير الطعام في المستقبل لإرضاء النزلاء المسلمين

+ This is my third time at Aurora Premium and it keeps delivering. Consistency is rare in hospitality but this property has it in spades — the standard never slips. The rooftop bar with panoramic views over the Old Quarter remains a highlight, and the team remember returning guests and make you feel genuinely welcome. The location on Hàng Bè is ideal — central but quiet enough to sleep well. If you are looking for a reliable, well-priced base in Hanoi, look no further.

+ Staff were friendly and super helpful, the room was modern, well maintained, quiet and very clean. The property is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. The bed was plush and comfortable.

+ Back again for my fourth visit and this time in the lake view suite. Honestly spectacular — watching Hoan Kiem Lake from your own private suite is something else entirely. Romantic does not begin to cover it. If you are travelling with a partner or a lover, book this room immediately and thank me later. Aurora Premium continues to be my Hanoi home. See you next time.
