− Nichts! Alles war sehr angenehm.

+ Torel Palace is a beautiful hotel and the staff are exceptional. Little things made a difference during our stay. The reception staff is especially attentive to the guests. They booked our Douro Valley wine tour which was top notch, provided dinner recommendations and made our reservations, booked reliable early morning transport to the airport, and provided us to-go breakfast boxes. This is just a few of the things that made a difference during our stay. I traveled with a group of ladies and we stayed in the new rooms directly across the street. They are spacious with a kitchenette and small table and chair. At first, I wasn’t sure about staying across the street, but the rooms were brand new and very secure so we always felt safe. It also has a lovely secret garden area that was a great surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would ask to stay in this building. The breakfast was included at this hotel with our package and it was wonderful. They have a great casual bar for night time cocktails and wonderful restaurant on property. Our entire group loved staying at Torel Palace Hotel and would highly recommend it.
− The rooms have adequate storage, but a few extra hooks in the narrow wall cabinets would have been helpful. We stashed shoes in these, but the space could have been maximized with some small modifications to store accessories or hang single outfits.

+ Beautiful property, room extremely well appointed - exceptional staff. Restaurant on premises is extraordinary . Pool small but very refreshing. Our balcony was spectacular.
