+ Shuttle bus service to and from Osaka Station was very convenient. On site shops were a bonus. Beds were very comfortable. Room clean. Taxi service, chemist and 7 eleven all within the complex.
− Bathroom facilities whilst serviceable are now dated, with shower curtain over a bath. Hotel website - unable to translate fully to English to understand and use the many restaurants on site.

+ Staff were lovely. Facilities were clean and quite new. Location was convenient enough. Shuttle bus to universal studios which was fantastic
