• In all cases, the hotel will apply the current exchange rate to the MEP dollar on the day of payment. • Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds. • Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate. • Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable. • This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancelation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
