This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please be informed that we are currently reopening in phases. Whilst we strive to deliver uncompromising guest experiences, our facilities are limited at the moment. As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodation and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Please pay the tax differences direct to hotel upon check in/check out. A deposit may be required at the property.
