+ نظيف ،، موقعه ممتاز عند محطة القطارات و500 متر عن المارين بلاتز
− زحمة عند الاستقبال ، سعره مرتفع ، واهم نقطة مكتوب عندهم مكيف هواء . في الحقيقة هو ربع مكيف هواء ،، بالكاد تحس بالهواء وهذا للأسف النظام في اغلب فنادق أوروبا .
