− Check in time supposed to be at 3pm , we arrived at2:40 pm and the staff told us wait for 15 min because the cleaners are cleaning the room, we wait tell 3:15 then the reception told that the cleaners still cleaning the room and we need to wait 20 min more!!!! Staff was so rude , and talking to each other long conversations in-front of us in their language and we had standing waiting their updates If you want to stay in the same area, try to find different hotel than pullman in the same area, there is too many 5 stars hotels around
