+ The property is in a very good location, the beds were comfortable and the room was very good size.
− The room was a bit 90s, the TV didn’t work at all and the shower was clogged. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. We reported the faulty things to reception but they never came to fix the issues. Not a deal breaker but I would expect more from a Melia hotel

− Pillows were uncomfortable. Being in the centre of Berlin there are a few strange people but they are harmless

+ The view and location was amazing for touring the city. The check-in and check-out process took less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly. We were a bit worried about the noise from the train, but it was so quiet at night we didnt hear anything.
− The AC could have been a bit stronger, but I am an American so I am biased. However, it really wasn’t that bad for someone who already runs cold.

+ I had a great stay at Meliá Berlin. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food and plenty of choices for everyone. The location is excellent, with metro, train, and tram stations just outside the hotel, making it very easy to get around Berlin. Since the hotel is so centrally located, it’s also perfect for relaxing evening walks and exploring the city. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would definitely recommend. :)
