− TV doesn't enable guests to see a guide to what is showing on any channel. No subtitles. No turn-down service. Lighting hard to figure out. Room service was forgotten one day.

+ The mattress was amazing! It was so incredibly comfortable. The location was very central. I was concerned it could be noisy at night but was really surprised how quiet it was. Loved the room and outlook. Bathroom was large and clean. We loved our stay. We will definitely be back.
− I needed additional power points in the bathroom. Honestly though everything else was perfect.
