− Tragedia jeżeli chodzi o depozyt przy check in, miałem wynajęte 3 pokoje na kilka dni, depozyt przewyższał wartość samochodu używanego w Polsce, obsługa bardzo niemiła, śniadanie kolejka nawet do godziny,

+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i ładny widok z okna
− Mimo potwierdzenia przez hotel (w osobnej wiadomości po moim dodatkowym maili!), że pokój będzie gotowy od 15 (miałem za sobą długą podróż i wykupioną wycieczkę od 16:30) pokój nie był gotowy i nie było wiadomo kiedy będzie. Język angielski w recepcji bardzo słaby, ostatecznie o 15 pobrano ode mnie opłatę za pokój, dodatkowo 1000RMB kaucji i powiedziano, że przyślą mi maila, gdy pokój będzie gotowy. Oczywiście go nie dostałem, pojechałem na wycieczkę prosto z podróży. Po powrocie wieczorem pokój był gotowy, ale niestety nie był całkowicie czysty, między innymi poduszka była poplamiona. Nie zaproponowano mi żadnej rekompensaty za spóźnienie, ogólnie bardzo duże rozczarowanie.
