+ We were truly impressed by the high quality and exceptional service at InterContinental Cairo Citystars. In particular, our breakfast experience was fantastic, thanks to the excellent management of Mr. Khaled Mahmoud. From the very first day, the staff went above and beyond to make our daughter feel comfortable. They took the time to approach her, help her choose what she wanted from the buffet, and even brought her food to the table. This level of genuine care and attention was far beyond anything we had experienced before and made our stay especially memorable. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Peter George for his highly professional handling of the issues we encountered. His personal attention, care, and commitment to resolving matters were greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
