+ Le confort et la gentillesse du personnel
− Propreté pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles. De plus je n avais pas opter pour aull in ce qui fait que les trois restos n ouvr qu’à 20h et la cuisine pas terrible beaucoup de réchauffé c est dommage

+ Good pool area with plenty of sun beds and cabanas, kept clean and very good pool bar staff. Room was large and comfy if a little tired looking and dated. Clean though, and the house keeping staff were smiley and pleasant, they kept the room clean and tidy but without moving or rearranging my things too much which is good - in some hotels everything gets moved and I’m not keen on that. The young men serving in the main bar were polite and friendly, I didn’t go for the all inclusive option as I had read bad reviews of the food so the bonus was I could choose exactly what drink I wanted and what it was made with rather than having to have the generic drinks included in a package. And actually the drinks I bought were reasonably priced - I don’t think around £8 was bad for a very large Bombay Sapphire and tonic so overall probably the only thing that was value for money. Breakfast ok but a bit limited unless you want nothing but pastries or cold meat and cheese. It’s a pity there wasn’t more choice of fresh fruit. But a big plus was the lady making the traditional square pancakes - absolutely delicious.

− Very noisy room, made worse because the patio doors to the balcony didn’t close properly or lock meaning constant noise from the road plus loud music late into the night from the night club across the road. Whilst most staff were great, some were surly and unhelpful (one lady with glasses on reception in particular). I definitely wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel. I travel round the world regularly for work and holidays and have stayed in many genuine 5 and 6 star places. I’d say this was 3-4 stars at the most. The general upkeep is poor - lots of chipped and scraped paint on the walls, furniture worn and stained.
