− Weird, tacky, vaguely racist “art” sculptures for sale that looked like they were depicting slavery? Downtrodden black laborers? They were mass-produced and throughout the hotel in display cases. Not good.

+ From the moment we arrived, we received an incredibly warm welcome. It was the best check-in experience of our entire trip through Northern Spain. The staff took care of our luggage, showed us around the hotel, and explained all the facilities. The hotel has a spacious parking area with EV charging, beautiful gardens, a lovely swimming pool, and excellent service around the pool and garden. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a unique character. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh products and some excellent à la carte options. We also had dinner at the hotel's gastronomic restaurant, which was outstanding. The food was excellent, and the service was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
