+ Stanza molto comoda, ben climatizzata, con una doccia enorme e il letto comodissimo. Posizione eccellente, in una zona molto frequentata e a poca distanza da gran parte dei siti di interesse storico e culturale. Colazione eccellente.

+ Wir hatten ein Deluxe Superior Zimmer. Das Zimmer war überraschend gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet. Für uns sehr praktisch waren die funktionierenden Waschmaschinen und Trockner für 400Yen bzw. 100Yen. Kostenloses Eis gab es auch noch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und bot für unterschiedliche Nationalitäten eine gute Auswahl. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
− Wer mit einem Auto anreist muss auf naheliegende Parkmöglichkeiten ausweichen. Das nahe Parkhaus kostete uns 2000Yen pro Tag.

+ Location- near shopping streets- pontocho alley, walkable to Gion and 2 minutes to subway. It was super clean- had an amazing bakery downstairs. Staff were very helpful. AC & shower were very strong. Two sets of laundry facilities & vending machines.
