+ Very friendly staff - very welcoming and eager to help. Our room was modern, clean, and the bed was really comfy! Slept very well every night. Really enjoyed the pool - amazing view of the KL tower and the city! Breakfast was also really delicious - lots to choose from, ate well every morning. Big thank you to Linda, Razak, and all the staff!

+ -big room with wide bed. fyi bed could be considered a bit short for some. -nice pillows and hard mattress. -location - few minutes walking to Petronas Towers, or to another big shopping malls with good food courts (and they're connected with each other). -pool area in the evening - it was actually cold! great! -big gym with a city view. -view from the room on high floor. -AC in terms of drying - swimming clothes after pool dryed overnight.
− -AC in terms of temperature - was not able to cool down room to requested temperature, couldn't go below around 23-24 Celsius degrees. It is not the only 4* hotel with this AC feature I've encountered in KL. -inside room, some facilities were dated. some stains here and there. -fridge not cooling very well (reception informed).
