+ Staff and welcome is always great. Location and inclusive breakfast is great too! Complimentary treaty are highly welcome.
− This was my second stay in consecutive months and the family room I got was an old unclean room. Bathroom was not fully clean and bathroom sink area. The shower door leaked water to the toilet area. Chair in the room had bad stain. We checked in late around 6:30pm but room still had a strong smell of detergents which made it suspicious. The room had a smell which was masked by the strong detergent. It was disappointing as I had a long journey ahead of me the next day and wanted to relax.. When one books a family room please check number of guests and provide enough towels and cups for the number of guests indicated on the booking.

+ I enjoyed the facilities and the breakfast. It was an exceptional stay, the staff was very friendly.
− The TV in the room was effectively unusable because there was no DSTV or an hdmi cable to plug a laptop in, its a small thing but its really the only thing that comes to mind on what was an exceptional stay.
